In accordance with the provisions of Article 2, paragraph 2 of the Convention, Sweden intends to confine the scope of the Convention to the following authorities and bodies:
Kommuner = Municipalities
Landstingskommuner = County Councils
Kommunalforbund = Local Federations

Turkey:
Reservation contained in the instrument of ratification deposited on 11 July 2001 - Or. Engl.
This Convention, taking effect with regard to the co-operation of local administrations of States with whom Turkey has diplomatic relations, will be valid only for the special provincial administrations, municipalities, villages and local authorities associations that are founded with this purpose in Turkey.
