"Дополнение к Соглашению между Правительством Российской Федерации и Правительством Республики Словении об урегулировании обязательств бывшего СССР по расчетам, связанным с товарооборотом между бывшим СССР и бывшей СФРЮ" [рус., англ.] (Подписано в г. Москве 10.08.2010)

under the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Slovenia on the settlement of obligations of the former USSR in respect to settlement of accounts related to commodity exchange between the former USSR and the former SFRY of November 13, 2007 (hereinafter "the Agreement of November 13, 2007")
hereby have agreed as follows:

Article 1

Repayment of the indebtedness by goods deliveries

A part of the indebtedness of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Slovenia under the Agreement of November 13, 2007 in the amount of 52.574.000,00 US dollars shall be repaid till November 13, 2010 by the deliveries of Russian-made goods within the framework of the contracts N P/770502130848 dated July 4, 2007 and N P/770512132684 dated July 17, 2008 concluded between the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Rosoboronexport" and the Ministry of defence of the Republic of Slovenia.

Article 2

Repayment of the indebtedness by cash

1. A part of the indebtedness of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Slovenia under the Agreement of November 13, 2007 in the amount of 76.621.183,88 US dollars as well as the interest accrued on this amount up to the date of its repayment in accordance with the clause 4 of Article 3 of the Agreement of November 13, 2007 shall be repaid by the Russian Party to the Slovenian Party by a single payment in cash within 10 working days from the date of signing the present Addendum.
2. The Parties confirm that following receipt by the Slovenian Party of the payment defined in clause 1 of the present Article as well as the fulfilment of the Russian party's commitments under the Contracts defined in Article 1 of the present Addendum, all obligations of the Russian party under the Agreement of November 13, 2007 shall be considered fully discharged.

Article 3

Implementation of the Addendum

For the purpose of implementing the provisions of the present Addendum the Authorised banks of the Parties defined in clause 1 of the Article 7 of the Agreement of November 13, 2007 shall conclude within 5 working days from the date of signing the present Addendum the respective Amendment to the Interbank Arrangement dated April 2/9, 2008.

Article 4

Final Conditions

All provisions of the Agreement of November 13, 2007 shall be applicable if not modified by the present Addendum.
The present Addendum shall enter into force on the date of its signature.

Signed in Moscow on august 10 2010 in two originals, each in the Russian, Slovenian and English languages, all texts being equally authentic. In case of any difference in interpretation, the English text shall prevail.
