Article 9
The Parties shall exchange experience in the field of educational programs and the preparation and development of academic plans and curriculums, textbooks and the computerization of various educational materials and the use of information technology and communications.
Article 10
The Parties shall exchange the experiences and information in the field of training the teachers and administrators.
Article 11
The Parties shall exchange experiences in the field of vocational education, particularly on the selection of students, professional awareness, the establishment and development of vocational centers and practical training for students, acclimatize to the labor's market, and conducting exhibitions and marketing for the products of vocational schools.
Article 12
The Parties shall encourage the exchanges of experiences and information in the fields of training teacher's and trainers of the theater and other arts and physical education.
Article 13
The Parties shall exchange documents, publications, and recent educational brochures published in both countries in various educational fields.
Article 14
The Parties shall exchange educational, computerized and televised documents and other educational programs, computer software and educational films and samples of laboratory and so on.
Article 15
The Parties shall exchange an educational delegations formed of (2 - 3) persons for a period of (3 - 5) days during the validity of the current program, in order to get familiar with the educational system in the other country and for the exchange of experiences in educational fields.
III. CULTURE
Article 16
The Parties shall work during the term of the current program on:
1) The exchange of singers and composers visits to get familiar with the aspects of musical life in both countries and exchange of folkloric groups.
2) Encourage cooperation between the bodies of painters to get familiar with the modern applied arts in both countries.
3) The parties shall exchange visits of painter's delegations.
4) The exchange of books, publications, cultural and artistic periodicals, and exchange information in the field of culture and book publishing and distribution. Both Parties shall encourage various forms of cooperation, including mutual participation in international book fairs and similar procedures conducted in both countries during the validity of this program.
5) Encourage cooperation between national libraries in both countries in the field of exchange and lending books, conducting pictorial book fairs, using modern information technology and cooperating in developing experiences related to the restoration and conservation of manuscripts and documents.
6) Encourage conducting people's handcraft exhibitions, including exhibitions of sale.
7) The exchange of conducting art exhibitions in both countries.
Article 17
The Parties shall encourage the cooperation in the field of children's culture.
Article 18
The Parties shall receive:
1) Jordanian cultural week in Russia, which includes performances of folk groups, lectures, book fairs, plastic art exhibition and an exhibition for traditional handicraft and handmade embroidery.
2) A similar Russian cultural week in Jordan.
Article 19
The Parties shall exchange visits of delegations from the Ministry of Culture of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation to ben
