uld any disputes and/or inconsistencies arise between this Agreement and any prior agreements and/or contracts, rights and obligations under prior contracts and/or agreements shall prevail.

Article 13

By mutual consent of the Parties amendments may be introduced to this Agreement which shall be recorded in separate protocols.

Article 14

Disagreements between the Parties with respect to the interpretation and application of this Agreement shall be resolved by consultations and negotiations between the authorized bodies of the Parties.

Article 15

This Agreement shall become effective on the date of the last written notification of fulfillment by the Parties of the internal state procedures required for its entry in force.
Each of the Parties may terminate this Agreement by notifying the other Party in writing through diplomatic channels of its intention to terminate this Agreement.
In case of termination of this Agreement, provisions of Articles 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 shall remain in force.

Done at Amman on 18 November 2009 in two originals, each in the Russian, Arabic and English languages, all texts being equally authentic. In case of differences in interpretation of the provisions of this Agreement the English text shall be used.
