disclosed or hand over to a third Party not participating in the implementation of this Agreement without written consent of the transmitting Party.

Article 11

Any dispute between the Parties related to the interpretation or application of this Agreement will be settled through consultations between the Parties.

Article 12

1. This Agreement enters into force on the date of its signature and remains effective for 10 (ten) years. Its effect shall be extended automatically for further two-year terms unless one of the Parties informs the other through diplomatic channels, not less than 9 (nine) months prior to the expiration of the term in effect, of its intention to terminate the Agreement.
2. Upon the written agreement of the Parties, this Agreement may be amended or supplemented.
3. Transfer of irradiated nuclear fuel to the Russian Federation that was initiated but not completed at the termination of this Agreement, shall continue to completion under the terms of this Agreement.

Done in Moscow on 2009/10/21, in two copies, each in Russian, Arabic, and English languages, all texts being equally authentic. In case any disagreements arise with regard to the interpretation of the text in different languages, the English text prevails.
