Portugal:
Declaration contained in a Note verbale handed at the time of signature, on 13 January 2000, and renewed at the time of deposit of the instrument of approval, on 22 May 2002 - Or. Fr./Por.
The Republic of Portugal declares that it will apply the provisions of Articles 8 and 11 of the European Convention on Social Security only to the persons covered by Article 4 of the Convention without taking into account the amendment provided for under Article 2 of this Protocol.
