TO THE CONVENTION FOR THE PROTECTION
OF HUMAN RIGHTS AND FUNDAMENTAL FREEDOMS

Denmark:
Declaration transmitted by a letter from the Permanent Representative of Denmark, dated 11 July 1996, registered at the Secretariat General on 12 July 1996 - Or. Engl.
On 14 February 1996, Denmark deposited its instrument of ratification of Protocol No. 9 to the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, signed by Denmark on 6 November 1990. At the time of deposit of the instrument of ratification, Denmark made a declaration according to which the Government of Denmark declared that until further notice the said Protocol should not extend to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
Denmark withdraws the said declaration to the effect that the said Protocol shall also apply to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.

Declaration contained in the instrument of acceptance, deposited on 23 November 1992 - Or. Engl.
The Kingdom of the Netherlands accepts the said Protocol for the Kingdom in Europe, for the Netherlands Antilles and for Aruba.
