Albania:

In accordance with Article 1, paragraph 1, of the Convention, the Republic of Albania declares that it reserves the right not to apply the provisions of Chapter C of the Convention.

Denmark:
Declaration contained in the instrument of acceptance, deposited on 6 April 2000 - Or. Engl.
The Government of Denmark declares that, in accordance with Article 15, the Convention shall apply to all municipalities and counties in Denmark.
