ing persons working abroad - including on ships under foreign flag, the "European Interim Agreement on Social Security other than Schemes for Old-Age, Invalidity and Survivors", and the additional Protocol, dated 11 December 1953, shall apply to the "Nordic Agreement on Benefits in case of unemployment" between Norway, Denmark, Finland, Iceland and Sweden, dated 12 November 1985, only in cases when it is decided by national legislation.
