Austria:
Reservation contained in the instrument of ratification, deposited on 10 April 1972 - Or. Germ.
According to the terms of the instrument of ratification of the said Convention and of the Protocol of signature, Austria declares that it avails itself of the reservations provided for in Annex II to the Convention under numbers 1, 3, 4, 7 and 10.

Denmark:
Reservation made at the time of deposit of the instrument and ratification, on 24 June 1969 - Or. Engl.
In connection with the deposit by Denmark of the instrument of ratification of the European Convention on Compulsory Insurance against Civil Liability in respect of Motor Vehicles and the Protocol of Signature, I hereby declare that Denmark will avail itself, according to Article 3 of the Convention, of reservations 10 (first part), 14 and 16 provided for in Annex II.
