The Turkish Government has decided to extend the provisional suspension of the application in respect of Austria of the European Agreement of 13 December 1957 on Regulations governing the Movement of Persons between Member States of the Council of Europe, with effect from 18 April 1990, according to Article 7, paragraph 2 of the said Agreement.

Turkey has found itself obliged to suspend the European Agreement of 13 December 1957 on Regulations governing the Movement of Persons between Member States of the Council of Europe in respect of Portugal, with effect as from 1 August 1991, in accordance with the principle of reciprocity and of Article 7.2 of the said Agreement.

Ukraine:
Declaration contained in a letter from the Permanent Representative of Ukraine, dated 16 February 2004, registered at the Secretariat General on 17 February 2004 - Or. Fr. - and confirmed at the deposit of the instrument of ratification on 21 June 2006.
In compliance with Article 11 of the Agreement, the Government of Ukraine declares that the list of documents mentioned in Article 1, paragraph 1, are:
- the passport of citizen of Ukraine for travel abroad
- the diplomatic passport
- the service passport
- the child travel document
- the seaman's identity document (subject to provision of shipboard list or abstract of it)
- the certificate of aircraft crew member (subject to provision of record in flight list)
- the identity document for the return to Ukraine (only for the return to Ukraine).
