f the European Convention on the Punishment of Road Traffic Offences, signs that Convention with the following reservation: The Turkish Government signs the present Convention with the condition that the road traffic offences listed below are added to the list of offences contained in Annex I entitled "Common schedule of road traffic offences" which is an integral part of the European Convention on the Punishment of Road Traffic Offences:
a. leaving, throwing, tipping, planting or placing on the roadway anything liable to impede or stop traffic;
b. interfering with, putting out of order, destroying or moving traffic signals or signs;
c. driving without being in possession of the papers relating to the vehicle and the driver or refusing to produce such papers to a policemen (representant de l'autorite) on request;
d. driving a vehicle in such a manner as to cause damage to traffic;
e. sounding a horn unnecessarily or in such a manner as to cause a disturbance.
