Pursuant to paragraphs 1 and 2 of article 60 of the Convention, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic wishes to express its objection to the decision taken by the Administrative Committee for the 1975 TIR Convention of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) regarding a proposal of amendment to Annex 6, Explanatory Note 0.8.3, adopted at its forty-seventh session, held in Geneva on 5 February 2009.
