paragraph 4 of the Schedule to the Indian Independence Order, 1947, Pakistan considers herself a party to the International Convention for the Suppression of the Traffic in Women and Children concluded at Geneva on 30 September 1921 by the fact that India became a party to the above-mentioned Convention before 15 August 1947."
