Article 4

The competent authorities of the Parties shall exchange specimen of their diplomatic passports through diplomatic channels within thirty days from the date of signing of this Agreement.
In case of any changes made by either Party in the diplomatic passport issued by it, its competent authorities shall transmit to the other Party the specimen of its new passport before its introduction date, and shall inform the other Party of any amendments introduced to the laws of the states of the Parties pertaining to diplomatic passports.

Article 5

Nationals of the state of either Party holding diplomatic passport are not permitted to work or engage in any profession or to study in each other's country without observing the laws applicable in both countries pertaining to those activities.

Article 6

Nationals of the state of either Party may enter the territory of the state of the other Party only though the border points designated for international passenger traffic.
Nationals of the state of either Party holding diplomatic passport shall abide by the laws in force in the state of the other Party's territory throughout the duration of their stay.

Article 7

Both Parties reserve the right to deny entry into their respective territories or stay therein to any national of the state of the other Party holding diplomatic passport if considered persona non grata or unacceptable.
If a national of the state either Party loses his/her passport, or if it is damaged, in the territory of the state of the other Party he/she shall inform the diplomatic mission or consular post of his/her country in the territory of the state of that Party and the mission shall inform competent authorities of that Party for appropriate action. The diplomatic mission or consular post concerned shall issue a new passport or travel document to its national and shall inform the concerned authorities of the host state.

Article 8

The two Parties express their readiness to guarantee the highest level of protection of passport and travel documents against forgery. They shall review them for compliance with the minimum security standards for machine-readable travel documents in accordance with the recommendations of the International Civil Aviation Organization.

Article 9

The Agreement does not affect the rights and obligations of the two Parties arising from international convention and agreements to which either or both of them are parties.

Article 10

Any differences between the two Parties arising out of interpretation or application of this Agreement will be settled by consultation and negotiations between them through diplomatic channels.

Article 11

Any amendments to this Agreement will be mutually agreed upon by the two Parties and made by the exchange of official notes through diplomatic channels.
Either Party may temporarily suspend the application of this Agreement, either in whole or in part, for reasons of national security, public order or public health. Such suspension, as well as the resumption of application of this Agreement, shall immediately be notified to the other Party through diplomatic channels and shall take effect 48 hours from the date of such notification.

Article 12

This Agreement shall enter into force after 30 days from the date of receiving, through diplomatic channels, the later notification by the two Parties notifying the completion of the necessary internal procedures for its entry into force. This Agreement shall remain in force for an ind
