об их отмене.

Статья 7

Настоящее Соглашение может быть изменено по взаимному согласию Сторон путем обмена дипломатическими нотами или подписания для этой цели отдельного протокола.

Статья 8

Разногласия между Сторонами, связанные с применением или толкованием настоящего Соглашения, решаются путем консультаций или переговоров.

Статья 9

1. Настоящее Соглашение вступает в силу через 30 дней со дня получения последнего письменного уведомления о выполнении Сторонами внутригосударственных процедур, необходимых для его вступления в силу.
2. Настоящее Соглашение заключается на неопределенный срок и остается в силе до тех пор, пока одна из Сторон не уведомит другую Сторону по дипломатическим каналам в письменной форме о своем намерении прекратить его действие. Настоящее Соглашение прекращает свое действие по истечении 90 дней со дня получения такого уведомления другой Стороной.

Совершено в Мапуту 30 декабря 2009 г. в двух экземплярах, каждый на русском, португальском и английском языках, причем все тексты имеют одинаковую силу. Для целей толкования настоящего Соглашения используется текст на английском языке.

AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION
AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF MOZAMBIQUE ON
VISA-FREE TRAVEL FOR HOLDERS OF DIPLOMATIC
AND SERVICE PASSPORTS

The Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Mozambique, hereinafter referred to as the Parties,
expressing mutual aspiration to further develop bilateral relations,
desiring to simplify travel procedures for the citizens of the Russian Federation and the citizens of the Republic of Mozambique, holders of diplomatic and service passports,
have agreed as follows:

Article 1

The citizens of the State of one Party, holders of diplomatic or service passports shall enter, exit or transit through the territory of the State of the other Party without visas. They may sojourn in the territory of the State of the other Party for a period of 30 days from the date of entry.

Article 2

1. The citizens of the State of one Party, holders of diplomatic or service passports, assigned to diplomatic or consular missions or international organizations located in the State of the other Party and accredited to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of the other Party, as well as members of their families, holders of diplomatic or service passports, may stay in the territory of the State of that Party without visas during the entire period of their accreditation.
2. The Parties notify each other through diplomatic channels in a timely manner of the date of entry and the place of work of the persons mentioned in paragraph 1 of this Article.

Article 3

This Agreement does not restrict the right of each Party to refuse the entry or shorten the period of sojourn in the territory of its State of the holders of diplomatic or service passports of the State of the other Party, whom it considers undesirable.

Article 4

1. The Parties within 30 days from the date of signing this Agreement shall exchange through diplomatic channels specimens of valid diplomatic or service passports, as well as information on the procedure of their use.
2. The Parties shall inform each other about any modifications related to diplomatic or service passports, and the procedure of their use at least 30 days prior to the entry into force of such modifications, as well as exchange specimens of new diplomatic or ser
