Annex 1
AREAS OF SCIENTIFIC COOPERATION
AND THE MAIN INSTITUTIONS INVOLVED
The two Academies agreed to promote cooperation within the identified areas. The spirit of the cooperation will be achieved by exchange of scientists and joint workshops/seminars in the identified areas of research and institutions listed below. Some researchers in other frontier areas not listed here would also be welcome to take part in the programme. The two Academies also agreed to appoint a coordinator in each area of activity to help in effective implementation of the collaborative programme in that area.
