Sami, Finnish and Meankieli (Tornedal Finnish) are regional or minority languages in Sweden. Sweden''s undertakings pursuant to Article 2, paragraph 2 with respect to these languages are described in the appendix.
Romani Chib and Yiddish shall be regarded as non-territorial minority languages in Sweden when the Charter is applied
