The Russian Party shall provide the necessary support to the Jordanian Party to participate in the International Film Festival in Moscow, according to the results of films screening.

The Parties shall encourage cooperation between the establishments of archive in both countries.
IV. MEDIA
Article 22
The Parties shall support and encourage cooperation in the field of preparation and implementation of media training and the exchange of theoretical and practical training experiences between the Parties in the areas of printed and electronic media, audio-visual media, public relations and official media, media and civil society institutions and supporting skills.
Article 23
The Parties shall encourage getting familiar with the experiences and expertise in media institutions in both countries, and support and develop the professional competencies of media for both Parties.

The Parties shall encourage the exchange of documentaries programs of scientific, cultural and touristic nature between Jordan's Radio and Television Corporation and the Russian counterpart, in addition to exchanging classical music production, which reflects the heritage and history of the two countries.

The Parties shall contribute to exchange experiences regarding the establishment and interoperability of technological infrastructures of electronic governments, and cooperation in electronic cross-border interaction by the use of E-signature.
V. HEALTH
Article 28
The Parties shall exchange expertise in the field of maternal and child care, sports medicine, school health, and epidemiology and infectious diseases.
Article 29
The Parties shall exchange information in the field of food and drug control.
VI. SPORTS AND YOUTH
Article 30
The Parties shall encourage cooperation in the areas of youth and sports and shall exchange study visits by contact between the youth and sports organizations in both countries.
Article 31
The Parties shall encourage cooperation and exchange visits of youth delegates to get familiar with the works and experiences in this area or participating in youth events held in the country of the other Party, the details shall be agreed upon through contacts between the Higher Council of Youth in Jordan and its Russian counterpart.
Article 32
The Parties shall encourage the exchange of information and publications concerning youth, and to coordinate positions in the areas of youth and sports, during meetings and conferences of continental and international levels.

The Parties shall encourage the participation in training courses in institutes of youth held in both countries.
