shall encourage the participation in conferences, seminars and symposia related to antiquities and museums. Formal invitations shall be extended concerning such activities.

Article 36

The Parties shall encourage the organization of mobile exhibitions of antiquities and national heritage in both countries.

Article 37

The Parties shall encourage the cooperation in the field of restoration and conservation of archaeological and historical monuments and museum organization.

Article 38

The Parties shall encourage visits of specialists in the field of archaeology from both countries, details of such visits shall be coordinated by the concerned archaeological and museum affairs institutions in both countries.

Article 39

The Parties shall encourage the exchange of training programs for staff and specialists in the field of archaeology and museums affairs in both countries.

VIII. GENERAL AND FINANCIAL PROVISIONS

Article 40

The Parties will proceed from that all the activities arising from this program shall be implemented in accordance with the financial resources available in each of the relevant organizations.

Article 41

The financial conditions to accept Jordanian students, postgraduates (Esberantura), PhD and trainees in order to educate and develop their qualifications in the Russian's universities and institutes, on the expense of the Russian Federation Treasury, as well as the financial conditions of the dispatch of Russian experts to Jordan to assist in the development of culture, science, education, health and sports, shall be agreed upon annually through diplomatic channels.

Article 42

This program is not an international agreement thus it doesn't commit the Parties with certain obligations and rights on the basis of international law, the present program shall enter into force on the date of its signature, and shall remain valid until 31st of December 2012.

Signed in Moscow on March 11, 2010 in two original copies in Russian, Arabic and English languages, all texts being equally authentic. In case of any difference of interpretation, the English text shall prevail.
