As you know, Romania deposited on 23 August 1996 the instrument of ratification of the Convention on the Transfer of Sentenced Persons (ETS 112), opened for signature in Strasbourg, on 21 March 1983.
Previously, the Law on Ratification No. 76 of 12 July 1996 was published in the Official Gazette of Romania (No. 154 of 19 July 1996).
