Article 42, paragraph 1
The Kingdom of the Netherlands designates the following legal provisions for inclusion in Appendix III to the Convention in the Netherlands: any unlawful behaviour to which the Traffic Regulations (Administrative Enforcement) Act (Wet administratiefrechtelijke handhaving verkeersvoorschriften) of 3 July 1989 (Bulletin of Acts, Orders and Decrees, 300) is applicable.

Article 18, paragraph 2
With the exception of a copy of any written decision referred to in paragraph 2 of Article 16, Norway requires that the documents connected with the application of the Convention which are drawn up in a language other than Norwegian, Danish, Swedish or English, shall be accompanied by a translation into Norwegian or English.
