ests of the Armed Forces of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and also, by agreement between the Parties, - in the interests of other states.
Article 2
Authorized bodies of the Parties responsible for implementation of this Agreement shall be:
for the Russian Party - the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation;
for the Jordanian Party - the General Headquarters of Jordan's Armed Forces of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
Article 3
For the purpose of this Agreement authorized organizations, designated by the authorized bodies of the Parties, shall conclude contracts which specify the nomenclature and quantity of military-purpose products to be supplied, military works and services, prices, time of delivery and terms of payment.
The cooperation of the Parties within the framework of this Agreement shall be implemented in accordance with the legislation of each Party.
Article 4
The Russian Party, at the requests of the Jordanian Party, shall provide necessary technical documentation, technical assistance in creation of military-purpose facilities, supply of aggregates, units, instruments, component parts, equipment and materials necessary to organize assembly, testing, repair and disposal of the military-purpose products specified in Article 1 of this Agreement, as well as training of Jordanian specialists to manufacture and repair these products.
Article 5
The Jordanian Party shall guarantee the use of supplied or transferred aggregates, units, instruments, component parts, equipment, materials, technologies and other results of intellectual activity as well as other military-purpose products only for the purposes of this Agreement, and shall not allow their re-export or transfer to third parties without written consent of the Russian Federation.
Article 6
In the exercise of export of manufactured military-purpose products to third countries the authorized bodies and authorized organizations of the Parties shall conduct coordinated information and marketing activities at arms markets of third countries.
The Jordanian Party shall deliver or transfer manufactured military-purpose products to a third country only with written consent of the Russian Federation and on condition of receiving a commitment from the third country to use imported military-purpose products solely in the interests of its own armed forces and not to allow re-export or transfer of such products to another country without written consent of the Russian Federation.
The Jordanian Party shall ensure that third country contracts for supply of military-purpose products, manufactured under this Agreement, include an obligation of the third country not to sell and not to transfer without consent of the Russian Federation the military-purpose products, received from the Jordanian Party under such contracts, to another country.
Article 7
The Parties in accordance with their national legislation shall take measures to protect information, received during the implementation of this Agreement, which is considered confidential by either Party and shall not allow for use of such information in prejudice of the interests of the Russian Federation and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
Procedures of protection and exchange of classified information shall be determined in accordance with the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan on mutual protection of classified information of December 4, 2007.
