17. The members of the Interests Section shall have freedom to travel throughout the territory of the Russian Federation in accordance with Article 26 of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations (18 April 1961) and the established international practice commonly accepted for Embassy personnel.
18. The Swiss Confederation has no obligations and responsibilities pertaining to the protection of interests of Georgia and its citizens in the Russian Federation that go beyond the rights and obligations of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations (18 April 1961) and the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations (24 April 1963).
19. The Government of the Swiss Confederation shall not be held responsible for any violation of international law, custom and practice or the laws and regulations of the Russian Federation by any member of the Interests Section or by their family members.
20. The Parties consider the present Agreement as legally binding.
21. Disputes arising between the Parties shall be settled by diplomatic means. If a settlement cannot be reached in that way, the dispute shall be submitted to arbitration according to a procedure agreed between the Parties.
22. The present Agreement may be changed by mutual consent between the Parties. To be effective, changes must be in writing. The Swiss Confederation shall consult with the Russian Federation changes to the Agreement between the Swiss Federal Council and the Government of Georgia on the assumption of responsibility for the protection of the interests of Georgia in the Russian Federation by the Swiss Confederation.
23. The present Agreement shall remain valid as long as the Agreement between the Swiss Federal Council and the Government of Georgia on the assumption of responsibility for the protection of the interests of Georgia in the Russian Federation by the Swiss Confederation remains in force. Alternatively, this Agreement may be terminated by either Party upon three months prior written notice or at any time by mutual consent between the Parties.
1. Швейцарская Конфедерация обязуется представлять Грузию в Российской Федерации в качестве стороны, отстаивающей ее интересы.
2. При Посольстве Швейцарии в Российской Федерации создается Секция интересов Грузии (далее - Секция интересов), располагающаяся в помещениях бывшего Посольства Грузии в Российской Федерации по адресу: г. Москва, Малый Ржевский пер., д. 6, а также в помещениях бывшего консульского отдела Посольства Грузии в Российской Федерации, адрес которых в настоящее время: г. Москва, ул. Остоженка, д. 26.
3. Секция интересов (включая, в частности, ее сотрудников, помещения и архивы) имеет все права и обязанности представительства в соответствии с Венской конвенцией о дипломатических сношениях от 18 апреля 1961 года.
4. Секция интересов выполняет свои функции в соответствии с Венской конвенцией о дипломатических сношениях от 18 апреля 1961 года и Венской конвенцией о консульских сношениях от 24 апреля 1963 года. По консульским вопросам Секция интересов продолжает поддерживать непосредственные контакты с Министерством иностранных дел Российской Федерации и другими органами власти Российской Федерации, используя официальные бланки с наименованием "Посольство Швейцарии в Российской Федерации, Секция интересов Грузии". Контакты по всем иным вопросам осуществляются через Посольство Швейцарии в Российской Федерации. В случае согласия, достигнутого между Министерством иностранных дел Российской Федерации и Секцией интересов, они могут осуществлять также непосредственные контакты.
5. Секция интересов продолжает самостоятельно осуществлять собственные финансовые операции, вести собственный бухгалтерский учет, имеет банковский счет, открытый на свое имя, пользуется правом заключат
